100 Days of Jules, Day 39: Julianne Smokes Cigarettes

Here is where I attempt to blog about Julianne Hough for 100 days straight. This was inspired by Allie Jones' 500 blogs on Kristin Cavallari, a much funnier read.

Probably just when she's drunk. But she's definitely smoking in this video caught by TMZ.

This is actually one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen, if I'm being honest. For someone who preaches about health and wellness so much and dances for a living, even if she only took a few drags from the cigarette (probably while she was drunk), it still seems completely out of character and weird.
